Anyone with a knee injury or any doctor! What does it mean if my knee popped locked up all in like 1.5 seconds and then it now h

urts to bend but not alot and i can wiggle my kneecap like a lot. This is the 2nd time in like 7-9 months! Please help! Comment if there is no more answers left!

It could be hereditary, or it could just be a weak muscle. I have knee problems. If it’s just your knee cap that is dislocating you can do simple exercises to strengthen the muscle around it to hold it in place. If it’s your actual knee you should get it checked out to see if there is anything else going on. If it continues and there’s nothing “wrong” they’ll have you do physical therapy. When this dislocation happens, keep your knee up above your heart and ice it. After you pop it back on. And take pain relief. Wear a knee brace as well
