The database stores grocery items, cost, and item location information for each grocery store. When Markus walks into the store, a notification pops up on his smartphone letting him know that GroceryGrabbr is ready to get to work. A 75% increase followed by a 50% decrease
stiv31 [10]

Answer:

12.5% decrease

Step-by-step explanation:

Let X be the initial value

75% increase is 175% of X

= 1.75X

50% decrease = 0.5

0.5(1.75X)

0.875X (less than X, so decrease)

87.5% of X

100 - 87.5 = 12.5% decrease
