Signs :sweaty hands feet’s . Can sleep at night. A fast heart rate

Help :meditation has always helped me calm my anxiety down . Also working out . And maybe some weed to stay happy from the depression

This is a very hard question I have NEVER encountered a question like this before so I will have a shot...The meaning of life...the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death. Why am I so scared of death...Well if you are young(Comment how old you are) you do not have to worry because you have years before you can start worrying when you are old...I actually have no clue! I am just 10 years old so I do not really know!! HEH HEH.
