Natalka [10]

Answer:

Explanation:

The concept of judicial review is where the courts can declare either the legislative or judicial branches constitutional or unconstitutional. Why did northern sentiment to free the slaves increase as the war dragged on?
Natasha_Volkova [10]
Technically it didn't really..... But I think the answer they're looking for is because as more soldiers died, the North began realizing that the replacement soldiers needed to win could easily be found in the number of male slaves that were willing to fight.  Also the Northerners wanted their sons to have died for a cause.
