The best two answers are either A or D!

-freedom of speech is the first amendment which allows for everyone to have that right, and there was nothing settled for how women could not speak there mind.

-the right of women to vote, was very popular back in the day, where they weren’t allowed to vote, and therefore that is something they wanted to enforce, because only men were allowed to at the time.

So for all of this, I believe the best answer would be A, but it can go both ways as well, so do what you feel is best, I’m just here to help point in the right direction!;)
