Answer:

because primary sources are classified as first hand information not .first hand information is seen to be more reliable because it tends to have less fiction and more facts . it's first hand so I would mean I was made at that time or near it some of the writing on first hand information could be from someone who has had first hand experience with the situation . e.g : a man writes a letter about the war then another man comes along and dose the same but copies the other man's letter the primary one would be the first one .
