Shower, eat at least two meals, drink 2-3 cups of water, go for a walk or work out every day. When I actually have time to do whatever I want, I'll take a bath, and cook a nice meal. Maybe read a book. If you mean, like, define self-care, then I guess, taking care of your basic needs, recognizing when you need a break, and being able to pamper yourself once in a while.
