What is the measure of ∠S ?
jeka94

Alright, lets get started.

We could use sine law to find the remaining angle.

\frac{sinA}{a} =  \frac{sinB}{b}

\frac{sinS}{63.6}  = \frac{sin64}{69.8}

Plugging the value of sin 64

\frac{sinS}{63.6} =  \frac{0.8987}{69.8}

\frac{sinS}{63.6} = 0.01287

Cross multiplying

sin S = 0.8189

Taking inverse on both side

S = sin^{-1}(0.8189)

S = 55° : Answer

Hope it will help :)

A) The person that has a greater probability of selecting a quadrilateral is Robert.

B) The person that has a greater probability of selecting a polygon is; Robert.

C) The event that is more likely to happen is the Probability of Sandy selecting a polygon with at least 2 sides parallel.

<h3>How to Identify Polygons?</h3>

Sandy has; Square, Rhombus, Equilateral Triangle, Regular Hexagon

Robert has Scalene Triangle, Kite, Right Isosceles Triangle, Isosceles Trapezoid, Quadrilateral.

A) Sandy's probability of selecting a quadrilateral = 2/4 = 0.5

Robert's probability of selecting a quadrilateral = 3/5 = 0.6

The person that has a greater probability of selecting a quadrilateral is Robert

B) The person that has a greater probability of selecting a polygon is; Robert because he has more.

C) Probability of Sandy selecting a polygon with at least 2 sides parallel is; 3/4 = 0.75

The Probability of Robert selecting a polygon with at least 2 sides parallel is; 2/5 = 0.4

The event that is more likely to happen is the Probability of Sandy selecting a polygon with at least 2 sides parallel.

What value has a z-score of -0.67, if the mean is 18 and the standard deviation is 1.68?
uranmaximum [27]
The data point is 1.6 standard deviations above the mean.
Step-by-step explanation:
Z-score
It is the number of standard deviations from the mean that a data point is. It's a measure of how many standard deviations below or above the population mean a raw score is.
A Z-score is also known as a standard score and it can be placed on a normal distribution curve.
As in this case the Z-score is +1.6, so it means the data point is 1.6 standard deviations above the mean. Hope this helps I am kinda knew to this so I hope I helped you
