g^{-1} is the inverse of function g(x).

the inverse equation of g(x) = sin(x):

sin(y) = x

y = sin^{-1}(x)

using a trig circle with radius 1, we can find out that the max values of sin(x) are 1 and -1, so the domain of the inverse of sin(x) must be [-1,1]

**Note: if allowed during AP test, test from school. or assignment, you can use your graphing calculator to graph sin^{-1}(x)
