I will put the key parts of this word problem in bold. 

<span>Tina had $640 in her bank account. When she took out d dollars, her balance was $460. 

So, try to write an equation from that information. 

$640 took out d makes $460
$640 - d = $460

The answer is B. $640 - d = $460

So to do this, we take any 2 coordinate points and subtract them to find the slope. For this one i'll go ahead and and take (4,6) and (-2,1), then we set them up. Subtract the X coordinates from each other and the Y's from each other.

4-(-2) change the two negatives to 4+2=6

6-1=5

So 6/5 is the slope, now lets simplify to get 6/5.

Your equation is y=6/5x+3

P.S. It may be y=6/5x+2.5 or something, i cant tell exactly where it goes through the y intercept.
