According to Roosevelt in "fireside chat #19, what condition must be met before war information is released to the American peop
RSB [31]

Answer:

Information must be officially confirmed by a government office.

Explanation:

At times when the country is embroiled in conflict, it is common to get the wrong rumors about whether the government will go to war or not. Many people, in order to generate fear in the population, may disclose that the country goes into war or some other kind of conflict, however it is important not to listen to rumors and wait for official information from the government.

Roosevelt talked about this in fireside chat # 19, where he said that in times of crisis, before war information is released to the American people, information must be officially confirmed by a government office.

How did Susan help to shape Harriet's personality and her story?
Arte-miy333 [17]

Answer:

i dont really know but heres some info

Explanation:

Harriet’s desire for justice became apparent at age 12 when she spotted an overseer about to throw a heavy weight at a fugitive. Harriet stepped between the enslaved person and the overseer—the weight struck her head.

She later said about the incident, “The weight broke my skull … They carried me to the house all bleeding and fainting. I had no bed, no place to lie down on at all, and they laid me on the seat of the loom, and I stayed there all day and the next.”

Harriet’s good deed left her with headaches and narcolepsy the rest of her life, causing her to fall into a deep sleep at random. She also started having vivid dreams and hallucinations which she often claimed were religious visions (she was a staunch Christian). Her infirmity made her unattractive to potential slave buyers and renters.

Why is this verse an example of iambic pentameter?
Ber [7]
Well, you didn't provide us with the verse, but I can still explain what an iambic pentameter is.
It is a type of a line that Shakespeare always used in his poems and plays. Iambic refers to the sequence of stress in syllables - the first syllable is always unstressed, and the second one is stressed, and so on in the entire line. Pentameter refers to the number of syllables in each line, which there are 10. Penta in Latin means 5, meter consists of 2 syllables, so 5*2 = 10.

How to write a story if you are given a sentence "we live in deeds not in years "
tiny-mole [99]

Well it means the actions and good deeds that people do give meaning to life and help the person and their name live on. I’d go into a story with the thought that the main character lives a long life because of the good deeds (could think of outstanding and kind actions) he or she did and not just because they live to 70 years.
