3 \sqrt{7}  \times 17 \sqrt{14}

This is the problem that we need to solve. The best way to get about it is to first:

  1. Multiply the constant numbers (3 and 17). 3×17 is 51.
  2. Next multiply the radicals.
  3. \sqrt{7}  \times   \sqrt{14}  =  \sqrt{7 \times 14}  =  \sqrt{108}
  4. Simplify the squareroot of 108 since it is 49 times 2. It would be equal to 7 squareroots of 2.
  5. Our final answer would be:
  6. 51 \times  7\sqrt{2}  = 357 \sqrt{2}
  7. 51 x 7 is 357, so the answer above is right.

The skills needed are multiplication, mulitplication of radicals, and simplifying radicals, so if you want to review anything use these as reference.

Hope you understood and have a nice day!!

HELP ASAP ILL GIVE YOU BRAINLEST
stellarik [79]

Answer:

f(x) = (8/3)x(x - 1).

Step-by-step explanation:

The vertex form of the function is

y = a(x - 1/2)^2 - 2/3   where a is some constant.

Now the roots are 0 and 1 so

For  x = 0

0 =  a(-1/2)^2 - 2/3

1/4 a = 2/3

a = 2/3 / 1/4  = 8/3.

So the function is

f(x) = (8/3)(x - 1/2)^2 - 2/3.

3 f(x) = 8(x - 1/2)^2 - 2

= 8(x^2 - x + 1/4) - 2

=  8x^2 - 8x + 2 - 2

3 f(x) = 8x(x - 1)

f(x) = (8/3)x(x - 1).

F(x) = 3x + 11
Is the function used to show this.

when you know this, you are able to do the following:
f(10) = 30 + 11 = $41
That would be the allowance of the 10th week.

The question, however wants the total.

This again, can be done like this:
f(1) + f(2) + f(3) + f(4) + f(5) + f(6) + f(7) + f(8) + f(9) + f(10) = $275 :)
14 + 17 + 20 + 23 + 26 + 29 + 32 + 35 + 38 + 41 = $275

Sure there is a better formula, but i couldnt seem to make it, sorry.

HUGE UPDATE: The sum is $275 not 200..

Identify the polygon and classify it as regular or irregular.
Ray Of Light [21]
A regular hexagon has sides that are all congruent and angles that all measure 120 degrees. This means the angles of a regular hexagon add up to 720 degrees. ... An irregular hexagon has sides that are not the same measurement and can have points facing inward as well as outward.
