length:  3x - 2

Area = Length * Width

65 = x(3x - 2)

65 = 3x² - 2x

3x² - 2x - 65 = 0

(3x +  13)( x -  5) = 0

3x + 13 = 0       and     x - 5 = 0

3x = -13                             x = 5

x = - 13/3

**Width cannot be a negative number so we'll discard -13/3.

width:  x = 5

length:  3x - 2 = 3(5) - 2 = 13
