In an argument, you're trying to convince the reader to agree with you. A show of emotion or being emotional shows that you believe in and/or passionate about your topic.
The answer would be <u>Emotional</u> because that's the way that they would feel if they were reading about it, or having it happen to them. I got it right on E d g e n u i t y! :)
