Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In the US, the most common eraser that is sold are the regular Pink Press erasers. These, as shown in the image below, are roughly 2.2 inches long. The most commonly used paper clip size is about 1.375 inches long. Assuming that these are the items that Dave is using to measure, then we can calculate the size of the calculator which is 2 erasers long...

2.2 + 2.2 = 4.4 inches long

The calculator is roughly 4.4 inches long, we can also divide this number by the length of the paper clip to find out how many paper clips make up the calculators length

4.4 / 1.375 = 3.2 paper clips

HELP NEEDED!!!
V125BC [204]

a) The formula for compound interest is:

Total = starting amount x (1 + interest rate)^ number of years

b)

Using the given information you have:

1200 = 500 x (1+0.045)^x where x is the length of time you want to find.

1200 = 500 (1.045)^x

Divide both sides by 500:

2.4 = 1.045^x

Use natural logarithms:

ln(1.045^x) = ln(2.4)

Solve for x:

X = ln(2.4) / ln(1.045)

X = 19.889 years ( Round the answer as needed).

How do you Convert 50 meters to per second to km/h ? Btw i need to know how to solve it
erma4kov [3.2K]

50 m/s is going to be 180 km/h or 3 km/s.

50 / 1000 = 0.05

0.05 x 60 = 3 kilometers a minute.

3 x 60 = 180 kilometers an hour.

50 m/s divided by 1 kilometer = 0.05 kilometers a second. You then multiply it by 60 to get it in minutes, and then 60 again to get it in hours. because their are 3600 seconds in an hour. So you could divide 50 meters per second by 1000 meters or 1 kilometer and then multiply it by 3600 seconds to get 180 kilometers an hour.
