1=1,000 \\ 2=2,000 \\ 3=3,000 \\ 4=4,000 \\ 5=5,000 \\ 1,000/2=500 \\ 5.5=5,000+500=5,000

Jessica scores 1825 on the sat. ashley scores 28 on the act assuming that both tests measure the same thing who has the higher s
SOVA2 [1]
<span>With 1026 being the mean score on the SAT and StDev of 209, Jessica has a score of 799/209 z-scores above the mean. Her z-score would be 3.823. The mean of the ACT and StDev are 20.8 and 4.8, respectively. A 28 ACT score would be 7.2/4.8 z-scores above the mean, for a z = 1.500. This means that Jessica has the higher z-score.</span>

A 16 kg bag of watermelon for $8 per kg
Zarrin [17]
To solve this all we need to do is multiply.

Since 1 kg is for $8, then we will multiply to see how much 16 kg would be for.

16 × 8 = 128

So, 16 kg is for $128.

Hope I helped ya!!!!

How do you work this out?
Ira Lisetskai [31]
I'm guessing you find the length of the hypotenuse using the pythagorean theorem.

a² + b² = c²     a and b are the legs and c is the hypotenuse

15² + 8² = c²

225 + 64 = c²

289 = c²

√289 = √c²

17 = c

hope that helps, God bless!

44 × 20 × 10 = 440 × 2. but is it true or false ?
Vinil7 [7]
If you would like to know if 44 * 20 * 10 equals to 440 * 2, you can check it like this:

44 * 20 * 10 = 440 * 20 = 8800
and
440 * 2 = 880

So, the correct result is False, because 8800 is not equal to 880.
