1.) Mutations can occur when a body is exposed to high amounts of radiation or other harmful chemicals, thus changing the DNA.

2.) In order for our bodies to grow, cells must divide and make new cells. Each time a cell makes new cells, the DNA has to copy itself for the new cell. This process is called “replication.”

However, anaerobic respiration has a lack of oxygen, which leads to either fertilization, only producing enough ATP to keep the cycle going and the cell surviving, (not creating any excess/profit ATP).
