The blank of a number says how many times to use that number ia a multiplication
Evgesh-ka [11]
I'm pretty sure the answer is exponent since it tells you how many times to multiply the number beside it by itself.

Example:

{3}^{4}
It is NOT 3 × 4 = 12

It is 3 × 3 × 3 × 3 = 9 × 3 × 3 = 9 × 9 = 81

I hope that helps you out!!
