Propaganda was used to try to make Jews look like the enemy.
The people that didn’t fall subject to the media would be intimidated by Hitler and his soldiers by threatening to criminalize or kill anybody who helped Jews which furthered segregation.
The removal of Jews also made them look like the enemy to many Germans which led to the Holocaust having as many victims as it did.
The United States Government could not tax the states and therefore had no money, they could not control trade between states and states started putting tariffs and taxes on other states goods. They were treated as a United States. Not one Country. Most importantly, shown in Shay's Rebellion, they couldn't raise an army. Only ask for volunteers
One of the main reasons why Empress Dowager allowed the Boxers to exist was because "<span>She wanted to use the Boxers to get rid of the foreigners," since the main part of the Boxer Rebellion was to rid China of foreign influence and culture. </span>
