Answer:

I also have trouble falling asleep :/

Some things I do is:

- Drink a cup of warm milk with honey

- Start from your feet and relax all of your muscles up to your head

- I occasionally take melatonin, its just like a sleeping hormone thing

- meditate

- don't know if this will work for you but it works for me, I watch a show until I fall asleep. Put the computer in front of you and close your eyes.....

- try the yoga position where you lie on your back and place your legs straight up against the wall

- use a lavender pillow mist

- take a hot shower

How much protein should i eat to gain muscle?
Ber [7]
It is recommended to intake 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day to start building muscle.
If you plan to do more frequent/high intensity work outs and/or plan to lose weight, increase your protein intake to about 1.2-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day.
When you do start to get more lean, keeping your protein intake high is essential, or you might start to lose muscle mass. To prevent this, make sure to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight each day.
