Answer:

I think that the states should be required to hold individual state conventions where they would repeal the ordinances secession and ratify the Thirteenth Amendment. I also think it would personally be a good idea if the states made a law. The nation needs to thrive and new laws need to be put back together. Laws to keep the country safe, and secure.
