I may be able to help with some of these questions so here are my thoughts:

1) Urban society's wealth and populations greatly changed because of the increased job loss.

3) Over farming and drought are both known for being the cause of the Dust Bowl. Be farming methods could have either helped or hurt the areas suffering from the Dust Bowl. New methods could create a more agriculturally beneficial way of farming then the one before it.

4) Thanks to the Dust Bowl the population of migrating people greatly increased. Some were successful and some sadly were not.
