This question is more a matter of opinion, so take what you agree with from this. In my opinion, we should not fear failure, because failure is one of the best ways to learn and improve. If a goal that you have worked toward for a long time, putting lots of time and energy into, doesn't work out, it is not something to get upset about. Rather, it can be seen as a sort of sign from the universe that it needs improvement and can be made better. Failure can also be one of the best methods of motivation. Say, for example, you fail a test or quiz in class. That failure can be used as motivation to study harder and focus more in class in order to prepare for the next test or quiz and prevent the same thing from happening again. Does that make sense? Again, this question is a matter of opinion, but this is how I see it. I hope this is helpful to you!
