The current curriculums that implemented by most schools were designed to accommodate students with abled body. People with disabilities would most likely unable to follow such curriculums efficiently.
This is why Disabilities Education Act require each school districts to create Least restrictive environment.
Least restrictive environment is different than normal classroom. It contains a list of equipment's or specialized teachers that is aimed to help students with disabilities to reach their maximum potential rather than being forced to follow the same standard people without disabilities.
It provides that each state will have a minimum of one member in the U.S. House of Representatives and then the apportionment calculation divides the remaining 385 seats among the 50 states. Congress decides the method used to calculate the apportionment.
