Yes there were a lot of shifts in the attitude why? well we know that the Renaissance times had a lot to do with drawings learning and just opening up the world a lot more. Lets just take the situation in the Papal states the drawings had much in it that the church did not like, because of that the <span>Pope Julius </span>II demanded to take it back to Italy were the drawing originally came from but after that happened a lot of people were unhappy and disagreed with the church that was one of the first time since the Dark ages that the church started to loose power.
