The point of the cartoon is to show how ignorant people can be about world problems. Many people decide to stick to their own mindset and are not open to other people’s advice and solutions.
I would say that I agree with the cartoon because many people find a way to ignore the problem. They decide to only focus on their own situations and forget about the most important ones that deal with the world.
Most people would probably say good because you would be filled with energy and youth forever but on the downside you'd also miss out on a lot of things adults get to do.
I would personally say bad because instead of being stuck in school or having to listen to your parents you could find your dream job, spend time with friends, travel, etc. You can't get a job as a child until you're 16 but you are still under your parents control. So I think that it would be bad.

Luke gave Percy a pair of winged shoes that were cursed to fly Percy to the Underworld when he wore them. Percy can't use them because the sky is Zeus's domain, and Percy's dad is Poseidon. Zeus and Poseidon don't get along, so Percy doesn't want to anger Zeus by flying.
