The Neolithic Revolution, sometimes called the Agricultural Revolution<span>, was the transition of human cultures from a lifestyle of hunting and gathering to one of </span>agriculture<span> and settlement.</span>
The slave trade was a practice whcih played a major rolein the colonial economy. It started when the African slaves were brought to the caribbean mainly to work in plantations, or in places were labor was needed, due to diseases and the mortality rate. At the beginning, the colonies did not really required large numbers of slaves.
The first colony receiving slaves was Virginia, which in 1619 received the first ones. This cipher grew up exponentially during thefollowing years,and it is estimated that by 1770,the numberof slaves was over 185.000 in Virginia alone, which makes it the Colony with the highest number.
We would have become involved some where along the way, but what pushed us to join WW2 was the bombing of Pearl Harbor.

The US were concerned another economic depression similar to after World War I would occur again but would send them to Communism at this point. The Marshall Plan provided funding to struggling European countries to prevent influence from the USSR.

Bethune was a member of Roosevelt's Black Cabinet. She was given access to the White House through her friendship with Eleanor Roosevelt. She was an adviser on civil rights and black rights. She brought together black leaders to create recommendations for the Roosevelt presidency.
