(10) Unstable governments can often cause humanitarian problems such as poverty, and armed conflict. This is because the government cannot provide funding for organizations that assist those effected with poverty and other humanitarian issues. As for the example of armed conflict, the government is not able to combat armed people who often are fighting due to lack of resources. When resources like food and water are low, it can lead to violent conflict in order for one to provide for themselves and their family. Overall, unstable governments are known to cause various humanitarian issues that sometimes lead to the downfall of a nation.
