Answer: Pretty sure it's A.

Explanation: To me, the others make no sense. The dialogue needs to be encased with quotations on either side, so it's definitely not C, the comma wouldn't be in the quotations, so it's not B, and D just doesn't look right. Sorry if I'm wrong, but I think it's A.
