Question:

In a paragraph below, explain at least three key pieces of information about the moon.

Answer:

Moon phases and the moon's orbit are mysteries to many. For example, the moon always shows us the same face. That happens because it takes 27.3 days both to rotate on its axis and to orbit Earth. We see either the full moon, half moon or no moon (new moon) because the moon reflects sunlight. How much of it we see depends on the moon's position in relation to Earth and the sun.

The moon is the easiest celestial object to find in the night sky — when it's there. Earth's only natural satellite hovers above us bright and round until it seemingly disappears for a few nights. The rhythm of the moon's phases has guided humanity for millennia — for instance, calendar months are roughly equal to the time it takes to go from one full moon to the next.

Explanation:

I think that's the answer

The Moon is the only natural satellite of the Earth. With an equatorial diameter of 3476 km, it is the fifth largest satellite in the solar system, while in terms of proportional size with respect to its planet it is the largest satellite: a quarter of the diameter of the Earth and 1/81 of its mass. During the late cretaceous, the bisti badlands were home to numerous animals including turtles, crocodiles, and even dinosaurs.
vaieri [72.5K]
These animals were living in an environment with a warm climate that results in changing sea levels. These conditions create a lot of shallow inland seas allowing these animals to thrive. The Cretaceous period is the last period of the Mesozoic area where new groups of mammals, birds, and flowering plants appeared on Earth.

How does cell transport like diffusion impact homeostasis
Reil [10]

Answer:

homeostasis is the state of steady internal physical and chemical conditions maintained by living system.

Diffusion is an important process for living things; it is how substances move in and out of cells.

Diffusion helps maintain homeostasis by creating specific concentrations of molecules inside the body compared to outside and Cells in homeostasis are successfully maintaining the internal conditions necessary for basic functioning

The cell needs to export waste and other molecules, and import fuels and fluids. Plasma membranes allow water, oxygen and carbon dioxide to pass through by osmosis, or passive diffusion.
