Answer:

An example of production under the command system in the United States is that of the production of roads and passable roads throughout the nation. In this case, it is the production of a public service, and as such it is controlled by the government in all stages of its production: from the identification of the need, through the tender, the construction authorization and the supervision of the results, everything is controlled by the government. This implies that individuals or private companies cannot by their own initiative create this type of road, but rather depend exclusively on the will of the government.

trasher [3.6K]
The minimum wage payed employees would be the most negatively affected because if lower price limits weren’t there, the prices would drop drastically to win the customer’s purchase over other markets or businesses. The big bosses would be then forced to cut money out of their employees salary because of the low revenue in money.

german

Answer:

The question is missing the options, which are contained in the attached question.

The consolidated net income attributable to the non-controlling interest i $30,000.00 with option D as the correct answer as found in the attached

Explanation:

Neville's net income for the year                   $175,000.00

less annual excess fair value amortization    ($25,000.00)

Net income after excess fair amortization      $150,000.00

Chamberlain's share of net income

80%*$150,000.00                                            (<u>$120,000.00)</u>

Non-controlling interest share of net income  $30,000.00

Note that the non-controlling interest is a balancing figure.

Chamberlain consolidated income can be computed thus:

Chamberlain 100%   net income   $380,000.00

Consolidated net income                 <u>$500000.00</u>

Alex, a senior professional golfer living in Florida, en¬tered into a sponsorship agreement with Golf Pro Associates, a Michigan
Fed [463]

Answer:

Firstly in a long arm resolution, it requires the damage to be occurred inside the state, in the event of individual damage activities.

In the event that the defendant’s executes any business inside the state or agreements anyplace to supply products and enterprises inside the state than the cases emerging from this are amiable to jurisdiction and test for exchange is subjective. Along these lines an agreement of guaranteeing any individual, property inside the state has the option to present locale.

So here, Florida had individual locale over the defendant where the defendant had marked the long haul contract with the offended party. So the Florida law would apply right now, the court discovered there was sufficient to build up close to home locale in Florida as observed by the defendant’s educated and deliberate contacts with Florida partnership.

1. What arguments do Feingold and Heuvel offer in defense of Roosevelt?
DiKsa [7]

1. The arguments that these people put forward was to exonerate the president by saying the situation was beyond his control.

<h3>The argument that Feingold put forward</h3>

He argued that there were many situations that occurred that were beyond the capacity of Roosevelt's administration. These were

  • The determination to liquidate Jews by Berlin.
  • The decision to rescue a minority in a foreign land that the US did not owe any responsibility.

<h3>The argument that Heuvel put forward</h3>

Heuvel sternly said that it was ironic to put any blames on Roosevelt because he was not the one that caused the holocaust.

According to him, no one had any backgrounds to fault him for what was being done by Hitler because he was not the cause.

2. What Michael meant was that it was not a common occurrence for the president to be silent on issues that are as pressing as this.

According to him, the president was a person that would speak up fast on serious world issues. He meant it was not in the character of the president to be late in issues of this sort.

3. Wyman called it the worst failure of his presidency because he refused to act for a long time during the extermination.

From what he said, the president only stepped in to save the Jews out of pressure.
