I feel that instead of hopping you can always take very little steps or shuffle in a very short manor so the electrical current going through your body doesn’t increase and cause you to get shocked. I feel that bunny hopping could do the same thing but if you were to fall while hopping or if you were to land weird and need to step forward to catch yourself you could increase your ability to get hurt.
