Two men : Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nougier imagined the frame of the Eiffel tower. They presented their work( drawings ) to Gustave Eiffel . .Eiffel then asked a group made of architects and engineers to build it. <u>Stephen Sauvestre</u> was one of those.
( Maurice Koechlin is the one who draw the plans for the structure inside the Statue of Liberty )
