Mccain's essay was very exaggerating to me and managed to extend my concept of patriotism, thus leaving the concept more complete and efficient. Before reading the essay, I believed that patriotism is related exclusively to the feeling of love for the country, within that feeling it was not correct to criticize and not support certain elements, but just to love the country unconditionally. MacCain's essay showed me that criticism of the country is part of patriotism, because it is through criticism that we recognize the defects that our society has and that need to be changed. This is able to motivate us to fight for a better country. Striving for improvement represents love for the country and that represents patrotism.
the word jargon means special words or phrases that are used in a certian profession that people without that profession would not undertand.

2. relax your muscles- when you’re stress your body get tense so you can do stretches, get a massage, take a hot bath or shower to help to loosen your tense muscles
3. deep breathing- stopping and a taking a few deep breaths can take a lot of pressure off you
4. take a break- taking a break can help to reduce stress, it will make you take a moment to yourself to unwind and to grab a snack, a drink or to even take a walk
5. go easy on yourself- accept that you cannot do everything perfectly no matter how hard you try nor can you control everything that happens in your life. stop overthinking and just go with it from time to time

The best answer for this question is the first one, "not about emotions but about defending the nation." Rather than listening to anger or other "excited" feelings that we have, we must operate in wars using reason, calmness, and rationality in order to make the best decisions. Decisions that come out of excited feelings can end in more destruction. The purpose of war is to protect the rights of people, in this case the American people. Hope this helps.
