Not really I don't agree that all the noble people have had a good education. Nobel have ethics and limits. They don't to study in perfect school to have these ethics. There are multiple typesif education some can be learned in a school and some can be learned in streets. Nowadays a person can education online anywhere he wants and at anytime.
