My dear Americans, it is with great satisfaction that I say that, once again, democracy has been honored in our country and with that it falls on our shoulders not only to maintain it, but to promote progress in our beloved nation.

I don't consider this a victory for me, but for every patriotic and responsible American for his nation. Together we will establish a more just, inclusive, efficient and united country. I pledge to honor each of you and establish a government that will meet your needs and that will respond to your requests during my long journey.

I count on the help of each American, to supervise my work and promote their opinions about the policies that will be promoted during my administration. Your participation is indispensable, since you are the central elements of any policy and the true holders of all the political power that can exist in our society.
