Use this correlation distance-time-speed to find the answer
d = vt
d stands for distance, v stands for speed/velocity, t stands for time

The sum of the distance must be 250 miles, so they could be 250 miles apart.
The time must be the same for the two cars.
distance 1 + distance 2 = 250
v₁t + v₂t = 250
70t + 55t = 250
125t = 250
t = 250/125
t = 2

They will be 250 miles apart in 2 hours

The circumference of a circle is 29.83 cm. What are the radius and diameter, respectively? Use 3.14 for pi.
nasty-shy [4]

Answer:

Diameter: 9.5

Radius: 4.75

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the diameter you divide the circumference by pi(3.14) and to find radius you divide the diameter by 2 since the radius is half of the diameter.

Hope this helps you

1. Why is it important to separate experimental groups by a random process?
rusak2 [61]

Randomization allows a sample or small groups with similar characteristics to determine a probability or to hypothesize an event, that is why this type of sample is important in an experiment, that is, to carry it out in a random way.

If a crop at a certain time of year, for example in summer, is affected by a certain fungus, to know if it is really the time of year that affects this problem, random samples of the same crop with the same characteristics and put it to the test at another time of the year to see if the weather is really a risk factor in the spread of this fungus.
