Answer is x.

Because the x is negative and the y is positive, the point will have to be in the second quadrant. (Simple way of thinking abt it)

You can also look at the graph, and find -5 on the x-axis. Now you can go to the middle of -5 and -6. There are two points that have an x-axis of -5 1/2. Now look for 2 1/2 on the y-axis. The answer will be x. :)

Answer:

So x is the answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Both x and y have x-coordinate equal to -5 1/2.  Of these two points, only x has y-coordinate equal to 2 1/2.  So x is the answer.

You'd multiply 8 by 4 to get 32, and then add 2 to get 34, which is the mans age. I hope this helps!

What is (4ab^0c^9)^3 ?
fomenos

Answer:

  64a³c²⁷

Step-by-step explanation:

The expression inside parentheses can be simplified by noting that b^0 = 1. Then you have ...

  (4ac^9)^3

The rules of exponents say the exponent outside applies to each of the inside factors. For c^9, the exponents multiply.

Here are the applicable rules:

  (ab)^c = (a^c)(b^c)

  (a^b)^c = a^(b·c)

__

  (4ac^9)^3 = 4^3·a^3·c^(9·3) = 64a^3c^27

elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

If a given triangle is a right triangle, then the Pythagorean Theorem applies.  The triangle in this description has side lengths 14, 29 and 37 km.  We must determine whether or not

14^2 + 29^2 = 37^2 is true:

196 +   841  =  1369    No, this is not true, and so no, these side lengths do not represent a right triangle.
