That speaks right to my soul

And lifts up my spirits

And holds me close, divinely given to me

Poetry is a culture

That connects all people

And holds them together like glue,

if you are willing to listen

And last of all

Poetry is a song

That sings to the world

And only you can ever know

What those words mean

Because words are just words

Until you give them meaning
