Answer:

Yes. m is parallel to n. Since the 2 angles labelled are equal, by alternate angles rule, m is parallel to n.

Step-by-step explanation:

This is a question on angles. If you wish to venture further into it/understand this topic better, you may want to follow my Instagram account (learntionary), where I post some of my own notes on certain topics and also some tips that may be useful to you :)

Arthur ran around a circular field 3 times. If he ran a total of 750m what is diameter and radius
Dmitrij [34]

Answer:

Hope this helped

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference = 750 m / 3

Circumference 250 m

Circumference = pi * D where pi = 3.1415926 and D is the diameter in meters

Solving for the diameter

250 m = pi * D

D = 250 m / pi

D = 79.58 m is the diameter of the circular field

Solving for the radius

r = 1/2 D where r is the radius of the circular field

r = 39.59 m is the radius of the circular field

Help please math answer ASAP NO LINKS
Sidana [21]

5/11 is a fraction, so it is for sure a rational number and a real number.

Since it is a fraction, it is NOT irrational (which means "not rational" or "not a fraction).

It is NOT an integer, whole number, or natural number, becuase it is only a piece of a whole.  5/11 ≈ 0.454545..., and intergers, whole numbers, and natural numbers don't involve decimals.

Find the inverse for 43 modulo 660
Tatiana [17]
We're looking for x such that

43x\equiv1\mod{660}

so for some integer n we can write

43x+660n=1

Apply Euclid's algorithm:

660=43(15)+15
43=15(2)+13
15=13(1)+2
13=2(6)+1
\implies(660,43)=(43,15)=(15,13)=(13,2)=1

From this we have

1=13-2(6)
\implies1=-6(15)+7(13)
\implies1=-20(15)+7(43)
\implies1=-20(660)+307(43)
\implies(-20(660)+307(43))\equiv307(43)\equiv1\mod{660}

which means 307 is the inverse of 43 modulo 660.
