You probably believe that the earth is sherical, but as we look around , certainly appears that the earth is flat. One Classmate

suggested thats if you call someone on the other side "of tthe world by phone, they can verify thats it is midnight there when it is noon here another student reminds you of picture taken of sherical earth from the moon landing.your tearcher explains the ancient observation that when the sun was directly overhead on one day near the equator,a pole some hundreds of miles away to the north still cast a shadow. What ,then, is the best scientific basis for considering that the earth is sherical?
If scientists say it must be correct until they determine otherwise

Reasoning must be used to arrive at a model that best fits the observations .

If it is in a science book it is known to be correct into other observation is agreed upon and published

The observation that the earth is flat is the Direct in objective while all of the other observations or indirect subjective or based on extrapolated judgment .

Rna primers must be present on which strand during dna synthesis?
Tanya [424]

Answer:Both on the leading strand and on each okazaki fragments of the lagging strand.

Explanation:

A primer is a short single-stranded RNA nucleotide that initiate DNA synthesis at the replication fork. Because DNA polymerase can not initiate replication on it own short strand of RNA primer synthesized by an enzyme RNA primase is needed to initiate DNA polynucleotide synthesis.

RNA primer is present on both leading and lagging strand.

RNA primer of about 10 nucleotides long are present on the leading strand and on each okazaki fragments on the lagging strand to initiate replication. The RNA primer is removed and replaced by DNA nucleotides by DNA polymerase.
