At the end of the article it speaks to teens mental health being impacted by drug abuse. Mental health is an important topic and the pandemic is impacting a lot of people's mental health. What do you think we as a society can do to have a positive impact on mental health?

Teachers need to limit what they give kids for homework. It causes so much stress and on top of us kids having to worry about homework we have family. Sometimes or even all the time we have a toxic household. We have a lot of our own problems and sometimes it’s just too much a lot of kids do turn to drugs or alcohol to take away the pain for a temporary time. They should limit what they give us and they should let us have some self care days. Not a lot of people get time to themselves
