Solution:

Let the missing value be p.

Slope Formula:

m=\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}

Data represent a linear  function. So, slope is always remains same.

\dfrac{10-6}{2-1}=\dfrac{p-10}{3-2}

\dfrac{4}{1}=\dfrac{p-10}{1}

4=p-10

Adding 10 on both sides, we get

4+10=p

14=p

Therefore, the missing value is 14 and option d is correct.
