Leonard Kevin Bias professionally known as Len Bias was born November 18, 1963, and died on June 19, 1986. Len Bias was an American college basketball player who attended Maryland University. Through his four years playing for Maryland, he was named a first-team All American. He played in the NBA, and also played against Michel Jordan. Len Bias was actually better than Michel Jordan. Leonard Kevin Bias died in Washington hall dorm, by a drug intoxication, which interrupted the normal electrical control of his heartbeat, resulting in the sudden onset of seizures and cardiac arrest. He was 22.
