Vlada [557]
By the looks of it, B can be eliminated because obviously GRAM isn't plotted correctly. C is eliminated because it looks exactly like GRAM its only reflected. Its A since the coordinates have to go right 11 units and 2 units up.

The length of a shadow of a tree is 9 ft. The distance from the top of the tree to the tip of the shadow is 16 ft. what is the h
Margarita [4]
So for this, you'll be using the pythagorean theorem to solve for the height.

9^2+b^2=16^2

Solve the exponents to get 81+b^2=256

Subtract 81 on each side to get b^2=175

Square root each side, and your answer should be b= \sqrt{175} or 13.23 ft

The midpoint of AB is M(-1, –4). If the coordinates of A are (-3, -7), what are
quester [9]

Answer:

<h3>            B(1, -1)</h3>

Step-by-step explanation:

If M(-1, 4) is midpoint of AB then:

x_M-x_A=x_B - x_M\qquad\quad\ \wedge\qquad y_M-y_A=y_B - y_M\\\\ -1-(-3)=x_B-(-1)\qquad\wedge\qquad -4-(-7)=y_B -(-4)\\\\ -1+3=x_B+1\qquad\qquad\wedge\qquad\ \ -4+7=y_B+4 \\\\ {}\qquad x_B=1\qquad\qquad\wedge\qquad\qquad \ y_B=-1
