I'd say motivational incentives.

An incentive is "a thing that motivates or encourages one to do something"

Like the rewards Ned receives would motivate/encourage him to attend counseling sessions and take treatment medications.

Answer:

B: motivational incentives.

Explanation:

The treatment Ned is receiving is a treatment based on motivational incentives. This treatment is based on providing small rewards whenever Ned attends counseling sessions and takes his medicine correctly. Rewards are the incentives that allow Ned to be motivated to continue his treatment, because these rewards show that all the hard work Ned is doing to improve his condition is being recognized.
