Dear friend, Hope this mail meets you well, I heard about your ailment and I decided to reach out. I pray the creator grants you sound health as you recuperate back to full fitness again. I wish to share some tips which might be helpful in combating your inability to sleep well. Firstly, excessive thinking has proven to be a very strong source of ill-health as it raises the blood pressure and all accompanying issues relating to high blood pressure follows. Also, having a hot drink before going to sleep helps stimulate the sleep as the body cells feels relaxed. Finally, avoidance of electronic device usage durong late hours of the night may also prove helpful in alleviating one's inability to have a sound sleep.
