If you ask the business if you can use their photo and then say you can then they can’t sue you for copyright.
If you take the photograph and don’t ask you can be sued.
I don’t think you will ever own the photograph unless the business signs the rights over to you

Not 100% sure but I hope this helps :)

Answer:

Client-based structure.

Explanation:

A client-based organizational structure is characterized as one whose central objective is to design and customize customer service. It is a structure generally used by organizations whose products or services are unique to specific market segments, and should be well designed so that there is autonomy between divisions so that there is no overlap and redundancy of activities.

A clear example of companies using the client-based structure is those offering healthcare services, which need to have very specific customer segmentation for effective and personalized care.

Explanation:

Giving the following information:

The predetermined overhead rate in the Assembly Department is based on machine hours (MHs) and it is based on direct labor-hours (DLHs) in the Packaging Department.

Assembly Packaging

Direct labor-hours 5,200 62,000

Machine-hours 68, 400 11,900

Total fixed manufacturing overhead cost $390,000 $419,000

Variable manufacturing overhead per DLH $ 3.75

Variable manufacturing overhead per MH $ 3.00

Assembly:

Overhead= fixed overhead + variable overhead

Overhead= 390,000 + 68,400*3= $595,200

Packaging:

Estimated manufacturing overhead rate= total estimated overhead costs for the period/ total amount of allocation base

Estimated manufacturing overhead rate= (419,000/62,000) + 3.75= $10.51

Assume that IBM is expected to pay a total cash dividend of $5.60 next year and that dividends are expected to grow at a rate of
IceJOKER [234]

Answer: $112

Explanation:

The following information can be gotten from the question:

Growth Rate = 5%

Dividend at end of year,D1 = 5.60

Required return, ke = 10%

Then, the current market value will be:

P0 = De/(ke-g)

= 5.60/(10% - 5%)

= 5.60 / 5%

= 5.60/0.05

= $112

Therefore, the current market value of a share of IBM stock is $112.
