More efforts need to be put in for developing cohesive community system and fair police and judiciary system as well

Explanation:

From this case it came into light moral policing can go incorrect. George Floyd was murdered and one of the Minneapolis police officer was at fault. This case showed that the system was flawed and some more ground work was required. The system should recruit police officers from all communities so that they can guard all the communities.  

There must also be restriction imposed on officer training, Restrict the use of force against citizens and also create system that could investigate such misconduct.
