Answer: I babysit my little sister.

Explanation: If we think of a conditional sentence that is structured as:

"IF...A..., THEN...B..."

A would be the hypothesis and B the conclusion. The conclusion is the "then" part of a sentence. In the example given the hypothesis that the mother has to work leads to the conclusion that the girl babysits the baby.
